The dates you choose will be confirmed by a mail out confirmation or an email confirmation. If you would like to call to make any additional reservations you may call our onsite reservation manager, at 409.740.3555 #2282.

NOTE: If you call for reservations, please do so at least three (3) weeks prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservations, please secure a cancellation number from the reservationist. Thank you.



Terms and Description

  • All units are individually owned and decorated.
  • No pets allowed.
  • Must be 21 years old to register.
  • Two night minimum required on weekend stays.
  • Towel & Trash service is provided daily and a linen change every third day based on standard plan. Weekly & Monthly plans available.
  • Requests for bunk beds or daybeds will be honored when possible, but not guaranteed.
  • A maximum of two parking permits are issued to each suite.
  • Cruise Parking $35.00 per car for 7 days.
  • No Smoking in buildings, elevators, hallways, hot tubs and pool areas.
  • Full payment due at check-in, which includes a $5 a day resort fee and 15% hotel tax.

Cancellation Description

  • Cancellations must be made by 6 PM 48 hours prior to arrival date.
